Regrese a Monterrey, Mexico! This time to stay a week with the Casillas family Jeanie and I met on a cruise. Gilberto, Tere, Rodrigo, and Santiago. Absolutely amazing people with a group of friends that are equally amazing.
We had been trying for a while to work out a date to come down to spend some time with them and get a real feel for the Mexican culture. Not this namby pamby Mexican American stuff we experience here in the states. We're talking real Messicans that have real mustaches and ride real burros around town while speaking in Mexican all while eating a take-oh. There were about 15 of them on the cruise and we are able to meet all of them again here in Monterrey! All of the fun that we had on the cruise has been continued here plus more. But first I should start from the beginning.
